Subscription Agreement and Terms of Service

Definitions

This document outlines the Subscription Agreement and Terms of Service between Customers and Geek Box. The purpose of this contract is to define the services offered by Geek Box for the cost agreed upon by the Customer. 

Tiers of Service

Subscription details offered by Geek Box vary depending upon the tier level purchased by the Customer. The subscription tiers are as follows:

Trial: The Customer agrees to pay $65 over three months. The first two monthly installments are both $20. A balloon payment of $25 is due in the third month. This amounts to $260 annually. 

Monthly: The Customer agrees to pay $20 per month. This amounts to $240 annually.

Quarterly: The Customer agrees to pay $55 quarterly. The monthly installment for this tier is $18.33 per month for two months. A balloon payment of $18.34 is due every third month. This amounts to $220 annually.

Annually: The Customer agrees to pay $200 annually. The monthly installment for this tier is $16.66 per month for eleven months. A balloon payment of $16.74 is due on the twelfth month / one year anniversary of the Customer’s subscription date.

Contract Length

The service length of the contract lasts for a minimum of 90 days, or as long as the Customer remains an active subscriber. The Customer and/or Geek Box can cancel this contract at any time and for any reason. The Customer must notify Geek Box of their wish to cancel their service. Cancellation of service is effective immediately upon receipt of notification from the Customer to Geek Box. Costs of services are outlined above depending on the tier the Customer subscribes to. All accounts canceled prior to 90 days are subject to a fee depending on the Customer’s subscription tier. Cancellation fees are described below under the cancellation heading.

Payment Schedule

Customers will receive a bill via the communication method of their preference on the 1st of every month. Once Customers are subscribed, they will be locked into their respective tiers and/or price until the service is canceled or upgraded. Occasionally, discounts and/or promotions (deals) may be offered by Geek Box via the website www.geekbox.store or via social media. 

Payment and Delivery

The contract will also be delivered via the Customer’s preferred communication method. Once the Customer replies to Geek Box, the contract will go into effect immediately upon successful receipt of the agreed upon payment. Products will be shipped out by the last Friday of the month every three months. If the last day of the month falls on a Friday, then the products will ship on the second to last Friday of the month. 

Cancellation

The Customer is responsible for canceling their service. Geek Box does not accept any liability for payments received past the Customer’s intended cancellation date. Geek Box will make every effort to confirm the Customer’s cancellation intent. If payment is not received from the Customer by the 1st of the month, Geek Box can cancel the service due to non-payment. If the Customer wishes to re-subscribe and/or continue service after I attempted cancellation by Geek Box, the Customer must provide another form of payment. 

The cancellation fees are as follows:

Trial : $65.

Monthly: $60.

Quarterly: $55.

Annually: $50.

            These fees are due immediately upon cancellation. This is regardless of whether the cancellation is initiated by the Customer or by Geek Box. If Geek Box has successfully collected Customer payments prior to cancelation, the cancellation fee will be reduced by the difference of any Customer payments.

Legal

This contract is a legal agreement between the Customer and Geek Box. Customers are advised to consult with their own Lawyer before entering into such a contract with Geek Box or any other entity. Geek Box reserves the right to pursue payments from Customers by any legal means available.
